Outsourced Human Resource System
Choose a purchase model that meets your needs
Many clients quickly recognize the benefits of Spectrum’s human resource information system, but do not have the IT infrastructure, technical personnel or budget to run iVantage® in–house. Software as a Service or hosting is a sound alternative for these organizations. With these options, clients have full access through an Internet connection to an iVantage system.
Spectrum has established a secure infrastructure for both software as a service and hosting that includes off–site Microsoft® SQL servers, disaster data back–up and system performance monitoring. A team of experts maintains the necessary applications and upgrades to run the HRIS at peak performance.
Customer Hosted—The traditional software license, allows organizations to manage and maintain their software on their own, at their location. They have the initial funds required to make an initial capital expenditure and pay annual maintenance fees that include support, reduced cost services, and software updates.
Spectrum Hosted—Similar to a License Model, the organization purchases the software, but then pays a monthly fee to Spectrum for the Infrastructure, 24 hour access and IT Support for their software. We host the application at a secure 3rd party location and our internal IT professional staff maintain the necessary hardware and software. Clients still pay an annual maintenance fee for support, reduced–cost services and software updates.
Software as a Service (SaaS)—This very appealing option provides businesses with a complete and powerful HR Solution, without the initial capital expense required for the other models. The same system is accessible 24 hours/day and the same professional services staff maintain the server hardware and software infrastructure. You do not license the software, rather you “rent” the software for a reasonable per-employee/per-month fee.
