- During the sales process, we will give you an implementation scope document based on the information you have provided.
- When you license iVantage, we will schedule a kick–off call to introduce you to professional services team that will be working with you.
- During the kick–off call, we will schedule a planning visit.
- During the planning visit, the Spectrum team, with your team, will finalize all the implemenation details and set a timeline for the events.
