Transferring Data to other Applications

iVantage® is a sophisticated and comprehensive human resource information system that provides a user–friendly and smooth conduit for entering data into, and receiving pertinent information out of the system. Furthermore, it can share the stored information with other business applications. iVantage Link automatically exports data to payroll, accounting systems or benefit carriers.

iVantage can interface with any carrier. Some of the systems we currently interface to are:

Bringing it Back to iVantage

While the ability to interface to other applications is expected, iVantage can also bring payroll data back into the system. This provides access to actual compensation information. Payroll accumulators, such as gross, net, 401k employee and employer contributions, actual hours worked, and other deductions, can be immediately accessed in iVantage or through employee self–service.

The reverse interface also allows you to track this information on a pay period basis or as month–to–date, quarter–to–date and year–to–date summaries. This not only helps HR with planning and budgeting, but also fulfils many employees’ requests for current total compensation information. Additionally, with access to current pay and compensation information, HR can analyze actual costs against budgeted numbers.
