National Users Conference

Spectrum hosts a national users conference (Sys–Ed) every 18 to 24 months. Sys–Ed gives attendees the opportunity to expand their knowledge of iVantage, learn new skills, and exchange ideas with other iVantage users. In past years, the conference has been HRCI approved—helping clients achieve continued learning credits. Sessions are taught by Spectrum experts who have helped shape HR and HRIS.
